What are lash extensions?

Lash extensions are synthetic fiber lash replicas that come in various silhouettes to accommodate diverse eye shapes. The technique isolates your natural lashes with a tweezer, and then a synthetic lash is laid across the top of your lash. The process helps lengthen and create volume to your lashes.  You can go from natural to dramatic in an instant. They are low maintenance and great for any occasion.

To be a candidate for lash extensions, you have to have a visible lash for placement.

How long does the service take?

The timing of the services is dependent on the type of lash you select. Timing is as follows:

Full Set - Volume-Handmade Fans – 2.5 hours

Full Set – Weightless Lash – 1.5 hour

Full Set – Hybrid Blend – 1.5 hour

Refill - Volume-Handmade Fans – 1.5 hours

Refill – Weightless Lash – 1 hour

Refill – Hybrid Blend – 1 hour

How often will I need to come in?

We recommend you return every 2-3 weeks to maintain your lashes. Maintaining this maintenance treatment limits the amount of grow out, and limits the number of lashes that will fall out. 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: It is expected that your lashes shed every 45-60 days due to your natural lash growth cycle.

What are the benefits of Volume lashes?

Volume lashes are the creme de la creme of lash extensions. Time is the biggest factor in our everyday lives, and when you have great retention with your lashes, it leads to fewer salon visits. You get between 3-5 weeks of retention and less weight on your lashes. That’s right! Volume lashes equate to less weight on your lashes compared to Classic lash extensions. You get to rock fabulous lashes that can range from natural to dramatic.

Will lash extensions damage my lashes?

No, proper application is the foundation of our services this is what ensures the safety of your natural lashes. In proper hands, you can keep getting lashes done for years; the safety of your natural lash is our priority.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Improper application and unapproved lash products will cause your natural lashes to fall out and/or become damaged.

How do I care for my lashes?

After a lash installation, proper care is a must. The purpose of lash extensions is to create a low maintenance lifestyle.  We want you to be able to live a carefree lifestyle and so following these proper maintenance guidelines will allow you to accomplish that.

After your lash service

Do NOT get wet within the 24 hours; this allows them to properly dry.

Do NOT get a facial right after your service, nor sit in a sauna or steam room.

Brush lashes at least once a day, or when lashes look out of place. 

Do NOT use a manual lash curler with your lash Extensions

Do NOT use an Oil-based or Water-proof mascara

Avoid Rubbing or tugging on lashes

Cleaning

• Oil-free makeup remover is best and should be used when taking off any makeup before cleansing. Use a Q-tip to get in the small crevices of the lash line and inner corner.

• Stay away from any cleaners that have a high amount of oils in them, same with creams around the eyes. We recommend our Rose Hibiscus Lash Bath.

• After showering, use a Q-tip to gently pat lashes dry. You can use a small towel as well, just make sure to keep the rubbing at a minimum.

An important thing to note

• Please be sure to remove all makeup prior to the appointment. There is a $10 charge for makeup removal.

• You have three days from your last scheduled appointment to report and rectify with us any retention issues.
