Booking & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept texts for any appointment reservations or cancellations. If you need to discuss anything related to your appointment please call 310-980-6330.

We want to provide our clients the same level of superior service on a consistent basis and when other clients are late for their scheduled appointment, it effects the experience that we are able to provide to others.

All appointments will need to be held with a credit card. You can securely do this through the MindBody app.

If there is no card on file through our MindBody app, your appointment is not considered confirmed.
We are not able to see your card number if you go through the MindBody app, so we recommend providing it this way to preserve your privacy.

You are allowed a 15-minute window from the start time of your appointment; any time beyond 15 minutes will be charged full price for the service as your cancellation fee against your account.
No shows will be charged full price.
Last minute reschedule will be charge half the service.
Any declined payments will be charged before any next scheduled service.

No double bookings within same week unless they are both confirmed appointments.
“In a pinch” services require payment upfront.

Lash Fill Policy

There is a three-day guarantee once lashes are applied. If you see excessive shedding within the first three days of your application, contact us immediately.

Fills that are done by an outside salon or beyond 4 weeks will be charged as extended fills.

We cannot guarantee fills on services that you have had performed after you have gone to another salon.

Extended Fill Requirements

You will be canceled and rebooked as extended fill if you fall in the criteria below:

Fills beyond 4 weeks
Lash services that previously are done by an outside salon or stylist

Liability Waiver Policy

All waivers must be signed before the commission of a service, if the waiver is not signed, we will not move forward with service.

Execution and payment of any services by Britni Bionca Lash Boutique means that you understand and agree to the below statement.

You (the client and payor of this service) release Britni Bionca Lash Boutique and it’s Stylists from any and all liability associated with this procedure (which will be performed with the utmost attention to safety and proper application using tools and products that the Stylist has been trained to use).

This procedure has many variables due to lifestyle, moisture, weather, extreme temperatures, natural eyelash shedding, and other factors.

The Stylist will assess and decide if I am a candidate for this service to the best of their ability.
No guarantees are made or implied.

Lash Care & Products

Some things to note: the natural growth cycle of an eyelash is 30-60 days. As your natural lashes shed, so will your extensions. Please be mindful of your extensions (no pulling, excessive eye rubbing, etc.).

That being said, eyelash extensions can last indefinitely with careful maintenance and consistent refill appointments.

Makeup needs to be removed/cleaned before service or there will be a $5 cleaning fee.

Lash Fill Cycle
The average time between touch-ups in this area is 2-3 weeks. The main determining factors are 1) how fast your lashes grow and shed and 2) how well you maintain your extensions. Therefore, we recommend that you stay on top of your fills within this time frame.

Lash Care and Products
We pride ourselves on providing the damage free, beautiful looking lashes. We want to ensure you are getting the most out of your lashes, so it is important that you are using the appropriate products to ensure your lashes last in between fills. Ask your stylist about our recommended products.

Returns & Refunds

There are no returns or refunds once services are rendered. If you have a concern about services or products, please contact the stylist immediately, to help rectify your issue.

All services &products sold are non-refundable.
